  • Small Brand, Big Win: Little Change Creators Honoured at 2025 Toy Awards

    March 04, 2025 2 min read

Brisbane-based brand Little Change Creators has proudly taken out Runner-Up in the Environmental & Sustainability category at the 2025 Australian Toy Association’s Product of the Year Awards - a monumental recognition in a category filled with heavyweights like Lego, Hasbro, Mattel, Modern Brands and Moose Toys.

The glittering Gala Dinner, hosted as part of the Australian Toy Fair, celebrated innovation and excellence across the toy and hobby industry. Judged by an independent panel, the awards shine a light on products that are pushing boundaries and leading the charge in their categories.

In a year where sustainability took centre stage, Little Change Creators stood tall among the industry’s most recognised names. The brand was recognised for its Re-CRAFT-able Creativity Sets - a reusable art and craft product that champions sustainability, creative play, and planet-friendly design.

Founder and creative force Paige McInnes says the award is a win not just for her business, but for every small brand striving to make a meaningful impact.

“To be acknowledged alongside the world’s biggest toy brands is incredibly humbling. As a tiny social enterprise, we don’t have the same marketing muscle or budgets - but what we do have is heart, purpose and a firm commitment to creating products that are better for people and the planet.”

With all products proudly designed in Australia and assembled by people with disabilities, Little Change Creators continues to prove that sustainability and social good can go hand-in-hand with fun and function.

In an industry often driven by fast trends and mass production, this award recognition reaffirms that even small players can create big change.
