Little Change Creators – Shipping Policy

We know you’re excited about your new online purchase and just can’t wait to get your hands on our new products. This is why we have our Shipping Policy: so you have all the details of when and how your products will likely arrive.
It’s always our intention to process orders as fast as reasonably practical and to provide economical shipping rates for our customers. It’s why we also offer free standard shipping* for total purchases exceeding $100 (AUD).
PROCESS TIMES
Wherever possible, your order will be processed through our Brisbane warehouse on the day of purchase. However, please allow two to three business days to account for unexpected purchase volumes. During peak times (eg: Christmas), please allow up to five days for your order to leave our warehouse.
PRE-ORDERS
At times, we may allow pre-orders to be placed. If this is the case, you will be advised during the purchase process and we’ll endeavour to provide an estimated dispatch date. However, we cannot ship pre-orders until these products are assembled and available in our warehouse. We will then advise you when your product has been shipped.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
In most instances, shipment will be via Australia Post. However, we reserve the right to use an alternate freight provider as and when required.
For order values up to and including AUD$100.00:
For order values of AUD$100.01 or more:
All shipping charges are inclusive of postage, handling and packaging.
*For Wholesale orders, and for Consumer orders that we consider bulky and over 5kg, we reserve the right to add additional charges as required, or choose an alternate freight provider who may offer more economical shipment methods. Please note: Approximately 13-14 of our ‘Re-FUN-Able™ Colouring Sets’ weigh close to 5kg.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
If you are wishing to place an order from overseas, please contact us and we’ll happily help to determine the most cost effective shipping rates for you at the time. Unfortunately, you will be liable for any international customs charges/duties/fees/taxes that may arise in addition to any freight charges paid to us.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
World events such as pandemics, wars and industrial strikes may affect our processes, delivery and receipt of products. During these unfortunate times, we may experience delays in receiving stock and postal services may be interrupted. These situations are outside our control. Queries about delays once an order has left our warehouse should be directed to Australia Post (or the carrier specified in your shipping notification) via the tracking number provided to you on shipment of your order.
In most instances, deliveries are considered “authority to leave” if you are not at home to receive them. Australia Post and other freight providers have their own policies, which may mean physical signatures are not available.
To ensure a delivery to your home address is possible, please make sure the driver has access to your property and there is a safe location to leave the parcel. Alternatively, please provide a Post Office box or office address that the shipment can be delivered to instead. If the driver cannot leave your parcel, it will be taken to an alternate collection point and you will be notified.
